MEMBERSHIP DUES
New members of all ages are always welcome to join the Friends of the Maricopa Library (FOTL)! Your new or renewing membership in FOTL helps support various activities and programs.
Annual memberships run from January 1 through December 31.
- Individual (Under 65) – $15
- Family – $25
- Senior (65+) – $10
- Young Friends (Under 18) = $1
BECOMING A MEMBER
Thank you for your interest in joining the Friends of the Maricopa Library (FOTL). Please download our 2022 Membership Form and either
- complete it and mail it along with your payment to: Friends Membership, P.O. Box 663, Maricopa, AZ 85139,
- download this form and click on “add text” to fill in the blanks, save it on your desktop, and e-mail it to our Membership Chair as an attachment: membership@fotlmaricopa.com. Pay for your membership online via our website “Donate Funds button”, or
- place both the form and your check in the FOTL Book Nook cash box at the Maricopa library: 18160 N. Maya Angelou Dr.

Paid members may receive a copy of our Bylaws by emailing our Membership Chair.
